FAST AND RELIABLE:
Scheduling a delivery with us is very simple. We offer Same Day Service and provide delivery of your items for
the next day. We will give you a four (4) hour time frame to be available in order for us to deliver your
merchandise.
Basic Delivery: This is our most economical service which is a pick-up and drop-off of your merchandise
from your point of purchase into your home for product placement (1st floor/ground floor only).
Intermediate Delivery: This service is available to customers who would like to have their item(s) removed
from its packaging and set-up/ light assembly required such as, delivery and set-up of a large screen TV
which includes unpacking the TV, setting it up on a TV stand and hooking up the basic components (i.e. cable
and DVD wire connections). This does not include the discarding of the packaging.
Full-Service Delivery: "White-Glove Service" This service includes delivery of merchandise into your
home, unpacking of item(s), product placement and set-up/ assemble of your item(s), in addition to, the
removal of all packaging/ boxes... making your delivery experience totally worry and hassle free.

We deliver to a location within your home; never curb side as some retailers
and companies do. They do this as a means of increasing their prices, but
not Universal Services. We bring your item(s) directly into your home or
office even with our Basic Delivery option.
